Yes. Anyone can order on the website as long as the area where products will be delivered is covered by Shiseido at GoCart. The updated list of serviced locations is found on the home page.
Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?
Unfortunately, this option is unavailable for now. If your preferred item is not available, a customer service representative will inform you prior to the delivery of orders. Your account will be charged based on the final orders fulfilled.
How can I get updates regarding my order? How do I check the status of my order?
Once order has been placed, you will be receiving an email or SMS notification regarding your order confirmation along with the status of your order.
