Return and Exchange Policy

General Conditions:

For hygienic purposes and the safety of our customers, we will implement a “No Return, No Exchange” policy. Returns or exchange will only be applicable to manufacturing defects, damage during handling or product delivered is incorrect. These concerns must be reported within 7 days from date of purchase. Photo of Item and official receipt must be emailed to support@gocart.ph for verification.

Under the IRR (Implementing Rules and Regulations) of R.A. 7394, The Consumer Act of the Philippines, a change of mind on the part of the customer does not entitle the customer to a refund or exchange.
